1. Do you have a shop?
Although we do plan to open one in the future, we do not have a shop at the moment.
2. When do you bake the cake?
We bake the cupcake as close to the delivery time as we can. With smaller orders that are to be delivered in the afternoon, we typically bake the cupcakes the morning itself. We try to do the same with the other products like cookies, tartlets, cream puffs, etc.
Multi-tier wedding cakes are an exception, they are baked not more than a day in advance so that the cake is set properly and the decorations may be applied.
3. How is payment or deposits made?
You can either make payment to our bank account via Maybank2u or make a direct deposit at a cash deposit machine.
4. How do I buy or order cupcakes?
You can either make orders via filling in the contact form, email us directly or call us.
5. Do your products contain eggs?
The default recipes for our products, except shortbread cookies, contain eggs.
6. How long can I store the goodies?
The table below illustrates the general number of days you can store the goodies.
Cakes 7 – 12 days
Cupcakes (Buttercream) 7 days
Cupcakes (Other toppings) 7 days
Cookies 14 days
Tartlets 3 days
Other Food Items 3 – 5 days
If you are planning on keeping the items for longer periods of time, it is best that the products be stored in air tight containers and stored in the refrigerator (except cookies which can be stored outside).
Items with milk based toppings, (cream puffs, quiche, tartlets, cream cheese cupcakes) need to be refrigerated to avoid spoilage.
7. Are the food Halal?
Although we do not have an official halal certification. We do check that our ingredients are indeed halal and as Muslims we prepare the products as prescribed to be halal.
8. The food colorant – is it safe for consumption, what is it made of, is it possible to use less?
We only use food grade colorants for our products. If you do not want us to use coloring for your order, we do accept orders to reduce or exclude coloring if you wish. The only difference is that they will not be as colorful.
9. Do you use preservatives in your products?
No, We do not use preservatives in our products.
10. How many days in advance do i have to place an order?
For regular orders, it is advisable to order 7 days in advance to avoid disappointment. We may entertain orders less than 7 days, but there is no guarantee that we can accept the order.
For large orders 1000+ pieces, we require a 4 week advance notice so that we may plan the resources for the order.
11. How and when and how much? Do I need to pay a deposit?
Upon confirmation, we will require a 50% deposit and the rest on delivery or pick-up.
12. Do you do hampers or special packs?
Yes, we do hampers for festive seasons and also on special orders for corporations and individuals. The content of the hampers can either be fixed based on our packages or special order customized on the your needs.
13. Do you deliver?
Yes, but subject to areas in the Klang Valley and availability for delivery. There will also be a charge for delivery.
14. What is the delivery charge?
The delivery charge is based on the distance from our place to wherever delivery is to be made. Distance is based on the recommended route, rounded down to nearest km, by Google Maps. The chargeable amount is based on the table below:
